Keegan Harold Wheeler was born April 13, 2009 at 7:45pm at the Northeastern Regional Hospital in St.Johnsbury. Keegan weighed 6 lbs and 15 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. Parents are Ira Wheeler and Lindsey Mitchell of Danville. Paternal grandparents are Harold and Barbra Wheeler of Plainfield and Randy and Cathy Peart of Lyndonville.
