In speaking for those who have no words (the animals), may we ask that when you donate food to your local food pantry you also remember the family pets? Many people are sadly being forced to give up their beloved pets due to the economy. Most pantries do not have pet food or very little if they do at all. Remembering the animals in your donations would help stop this heartbreak. Always, but especially now, in this very hard time, pets are so important for they give companionship and great love!
